Sizing details
Seriously, it is no sweat if you want a size you do not see listed. It will take us the same amount of time to make. (Less than 2 weeks to get shipped.)
Care instructions
The fiberglass planters are coated with a two part urethane coating that is extremely durable and chemical resistant. The most common care issue is that you can get hard water spots on the planters from splashing when you water them. Dawn soap works great, but you can use any household cleaner worry free.
If you drop your planter or someone backs into it with a car, please message us for repair and touch up kits.Damage During Shipping?
We package the planters really well, so shipping damage is uncommon. Also, we pay extra to insure each shipment. So, when you receive your package, if the box looks banged up at all, take pictures BEFORE you open the box. If the delivery person is still there, please have them note the damage or you can even refuse delivery.
Take care in removing your planter from the box. The bigger planters can be heavy, so have a friend help lift out of the box. Do not slide your planter out of an open top box onto the ground.
